A bird soars through fear and hope and its balance is beautiful.

This evenings sunset was a tapestry just for me and a glaring sign.

Glorified is Allah and I praise Him.

Easy take it easy

what make you so rough

easy take it easy

you're too rough

you're too rough

I said you're too rough

You're too tough'

Easy take it easy, I'll be right there with you,

Easy take it easy, do what you can do."

I'll be right there with you

Do what you can do

The Victory

"Thou wouldst have deemed them awake, whilst they were asleep, and We turned them on their right and on their left sides: their dog stretching forth his two fore-legs on the threshold: if thou hadst come up on to them, thou wouldst have certainly turned back from them in flight, and wouldst certainly have been filled with terror of them."

"Muhammad is the apostle of Allah. and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other. Thou wilt see them bow and prostrate themselves (in prayer), seeking Grace from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Taurat; and their similitude in the Gospel is: like a seed which sends forth its blade, then makes it strong; it then becomes thick, and it stands on its own stem, (filling) the sowers with wonder and delight. As a result, it fills the Unbelievers with rage at them. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness, and a great Reward."

“Your day is like a market. If you don’t plan your time shaitan will.”

Act ii

If you can’t see the stage

The court scene or the bustling market scene where the exchanges and the judgement is already happening

Then you’ll miss the purpose of the play, fall behind on the plot

and lose out.

You will spectate only yourself, the swelling darkness of theatre and the ineligible hum of the market place.

Unless blessed stage lights flicker on.

“Why are you stressing?

Don’t you know the best thing

is investing in proper nutrition and resting?”

The Trust

“Indeed we offered the trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and they declined to bear it and feared it; but man [undertook to] bear it. Indeed he was unjust and ignorant.”

“[It was] so that Allah may punish the hypocrite men and women and the men and women who associate other with Him and that Allah may accept repentance from the believing men and women. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.”

Qur’an [33: 72-73]

“In the mornings I drank the dew that fell from the magnolia;

At evening ate the petals that dropped from chrysanthemums.

If only my mind can be truly beautiful,

It matters nothing that I often faint for famine.”

-Li sao, Qu Yuan

This Room

“This room is breaking out

of itself, cracking through

its own walls

in search of space, light,

empty air.

The bed is lifting out of

its nightmares.

From dark corners, chairs

are rising up to crash through clouds.

This is the time and place

to be alive:

when the daily furniture of our lives

stirs, when the improbable arrives.

Pots and pans bang together

in celebration, clang

past the crowd of garlic onions spices

fly by the ceiling fan.

No one is looking for the door.

In all this excitement

I’m wondering where

I’ve left my feet, and why

my hands are outside, clapping.”
